Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or an equivalent qualification
Qualified Accountant or candidate pursuing a professional qualification; CPA (T) or ACCA is an added advantage
At least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in a financial institution
Competent in the use of the TRA IDRAS (Integrated Domestic Revenue Administration System) for tax filing and compliance
Practical experience with relevant MS Office applications, especially Excel
Strong computer and numerical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
